H&N Hair Co. PoliciesAt H&N Hair Co., we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice are charged 50% of the booked appointment value. Cancellations without proper notice prohibit other clients on our waitlist from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to hold any appointment while booking. However, you will not be charged until your appointment is complete.
